Lift and Leveling

Concrete Nation employs a fully waterproof polyurethane foam that fills all soil voids and offers a lasting solution to lift and level your concrete. Unlike traditional methods like mudjacking, which use a mud and slurry mix that lacks waterproofing and can wash out over time, our approach ensures durability.

To apply our polyurethane foam, we drill a small, dime-sized hole in the sunken slab and inject the foam into the soil beneath. The foam expands and hardens instantly, lifting the slab back into place. Once the desired height is achieved, we seal the hole with cement, leaving no trace that we were there.

We can use our polyurethane foam to lift and level any of the following concrete slabs:

The primary cause of sinking concrete is the moisture content in the soil beneath the slab. When the soil becomes wet, it expands, and when it dries, it contracts, leading to voids and shifts in the soil. Over time, this results in unsupportive soil that can no longer bear the weight of the slab, causing it to settle into the ground. To permanently resolve the issue, a fully waterproof solution is needed that addresses the problematic soil and won’t wash out during rainstorms.
